I loved this product so much that I had a subscription. However, after this recent fulfillment, I noticed that they changed the ingredients. What once was a creamy, easy to apply product became waxy and impossible to apply. The image depicts the original product on the left and the new one on the right. If you look carefully enough the one on the right, the new one really shows how waxy it looks.
I'm canceling my subscription and looking for something like the old product. How sad.
Wow. The old formula was great. Now it feels and smells like a cheap alternative. What a massive disappointment.
ballsy, please change back to the original nutrub formula. The new formula is absolutely terrible… it’s almost impossible to apply and is very waxy and clumps! I will no longer be buying this product unless the formula/product changes back.
Well it was. People please read the recent reviews, be mindful of the date of the review’s. Most of the recent reviews are listed under the1 star and 2 star reviews. revealing the issue with this product. Recent meaning within the last few months like June/July 2025. The formula last year and maybe even earlier in 2025, was the original formula. But they’ve recently changed the formula and it’s not the same product it once was. Ballsy, bring back your original formula for your valued customers. I really did love this product but people don’t waste your money until they do. Once again Ballsy, please change it back to the original formula, Sincerely thanks!
