How Do I Manage or Cancel My Subscription?
As a Ballscriber you have several options when it comes to managing your subscription including pausing, changing shipping, swapping products or canceling. You can access all these options by visiting your Ballsy customer portal.
Please note that having a product subscription does not mean you have a Ballsy account. Typically, if you’re having trouble logging into your account it is because you do not have an active account. You can create an account by going here and registering using the email address you used when making your initial purchase.
Once you've done that you'll be able to access your order history and fully control and/or cancel your subscription.
What is your return policy?

Boxers Return & Size Exchange Policy Boxers must be 100% unused in order to return or exchange them and be complete with tags and in the plastic bag they arrived in for obvious reasons.
Subscription Orders Cancelation & Refund Policy
Ballscriptions can be canceled at any point by logging into your account or simply emailing email@example.com. If you’re having a hard time logging into your account, please make sure to read this article for help.
Our 30 Day Money Back guarantee also applies to your first subscription order or the first time you’ve tried a product. We want you to be happy with every product you buy from Ballsy, so please let us know if we can be of help.
Refunds on subsequent subscription orders Please note that we do send an upcoming shipment email 3 days before your next order ships. If you do not make the changes you require to the upcoming order, including canceling it and your order is shipped, we can no longer offer a full refund unless you receive a product that is damaged, which we will gladly replace. Instead, we can offer a 50% refund of your order. This helps us cover the cost of shipping and fulfillment charges we incur. Managing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription simply click the Account link the menu. If this is your first time logging into your account you will need to click Create Account. From there simply use the email address you used when making your purchase. Once you have your account setup, use your email address and password to login. From this page you can cancel your or change the frequency of your subscription at any time. If you have any questions email us at email@example.com
What is your shipping policy?
1. Domestic Shipment Methods
Our standard shipping method is USPS or FedEx Smartpost mail which has an average delivery time of 4-10 days, depending on your location.
Please check your inbox for tracking information, as we will automatically send a tracking number to the email on file with the order. You can head here to track your package if you have your tracking number. If you would like to place a rush order, please contact us in advance, and we can arrange that for you!
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALASKA & HAWAII CUSTOMERS!
Do not use FedEx Smart Post, as it can take up to 4-6 weeks for your orders to arrive. Instead, please select a USPS or FedEx Priority option to avoid excessive shipping times via Smart Post to these states.
2. Order Processing Current order processing is 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on our product and shipping pages. Please allow for 2 business days on average for processing during Holidays.
Where does Ballsy ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in New Jersey.
How long does processing & shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed, however, we often ship the same day during non-holiday seasons such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day.
Shipping times can vary greatly depending on what shipping method you have chosen when placing your order. For example, FedEx Smartpost can take anywhere from 4 - 12 business days depending on peak shipping seasons. When possible, we always recommend our FedEx 2 Day Flat rate as it’s often only a few dollars more than SmartPost and will arrive much quicker.
How do I manage my Ballcoins and Rewards?
To redeem Ballcoins now through September 30th, 2023, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Baller customer support team will happily assist. Please note our Ballcoins rewards program will officially shut down as of October 1st, 2023.
How do I find and manage my Referral Link?
Please note that currently you can only find your referral link when logged in from a laptop and not a mobile device.
To get started, log into your Ballsy account. From there you should see a BALLCOIN button on the bottom left-hand side of your screen. Click that. From this pop up menu you should be able to see "Referrals". This section will provide you with a personalized link in which you can share to give your friends a $5 credit as well as earning you $5.00 in credit for future purchases.
